Gerken is a unit of the Wabtec Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of slip rings under the Stemmann Technik brand.

Rotary manifolds for power supply and data transmission are indispensable for all devices which, because of their rotation, do not allow a fixed connection.
Applications range from very slowly rotating feeders for sewage treatment plant scrapers to explosion-proof slip rings for oil tankers, with information transmitted via the hub.
